Wanamaker Flower Shoppe, and our web and payment processing partners, will take all measures to ensure your information is safe. Any personal information received while placing an order will only be used to fulfill your order. Email addresses received in subscription to our mailing list will be used only to distribute the Wanamaker Flower Shoppe Newsletter and any applicable deals our coupons from our shoppe.  We will not sell or redistribute your information.

Wanaflower.com does not utilize cookies at this time. This, however, does not mean that Wanaflower.com will not use cookies in the future. If changes to our cookie policy are made, this page will be updated to reflect the changes.

We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.  We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. We utilize SquareSpace.com to host this website, as well as Stripe.com to process online payments. These services have strong internet security protocols that help us keep your information safe. 

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. 

Disclaimer on Information Sharing

We cannot guarantee that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. In certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose information to the government or law enforcement.  We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that may be illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
